摘要

有鑑於蔡政府執政後，台灣內外面臨重大考驗，作者想要探討台灣究竟出了甚麼問題故引發本文的研究動機；而本文企圖救台灣整體內外情勢進行探討，期待對理解台灣問題能夠有更全面的了解，以達供政府相關單位參考的研究目的。本文從幾個面向論述蔡英文政府執政下的兩岸關係發展情況，首先，本文就蔡政府整體執政下的宏觀整體面向進行探討，其次針對台灣對外困境進行論述，而後針對蔡政府執政下最大在野黨中國國民黨吳敦義主席主導下的國共關係發展，最後做一結論。

The author plans to know Taiwan international and domestic environment. By discussing this topic, we can provide government authorities as a reference for governance. This article is mainly discussing about the discussion of the development over Cross-Strait Relations under Tsai government by all kinds of aspects. First, the author discusses the ruling situation about foreign affairs and cross strait relations. Second, Taiwan 's external dilemma including 1992 Consensus、One Belt, One Road、The Trans-Pacific Partnership and New Southern Policy Third, Taiwan biggest opposing party, KMT's cross strait policy needs to be discussed. Finally, the author makes a conclusion about the development of Cross-Strait Relations under Tsai government
