從近來情色平台的出現：論臺灣社會對「性」的開放程度

摘要

近年能看到許多臺灣女性逐漸成為情色平台的直播主，她們遊走於法律邊緣、利用法律漏洞，甚至不認為這樣做有違法，不論是在臺灣或中國大陸等地，拍攝昔日被視為限制級成人影片的劇情片或寫真，且尺度上已不像過去的女性在拍攝此類寫真作品或影片時的猶抱琵琶半遮面，更多呈現的是顛覆昔日的框架，甚至大方承認自己就是這類寫真作品或影片中的被拍攝者，有成功者就勢必會吸引跟隨者，以致於越來越多的臺灣年輕女性紛紛投入情色平台這塊市場，興起一股時尚新風潮。本文主要探討當情色平台興起後，是否也同樣代表臺灣社會對性觀念的開放，或是可接受程度的提高，本文使用文獻分析法並藉由國內外相關文獻，嘗試從不同的觀點切入在女權興起的情況下，臺灣社會對於性的開放程度是否亦有所改變，以及近年來女性願意投入情色平台直播主這塊領域，究竟是單純為了影片的瀏覽點閱率？商業利益下的驅使？因世俗桎梏女性的性解放而選擇挑戰社會觀感？本文希冀藉由研究進而發現情色平台近年來大量興起的原因與臺灣社會對於性的開放程度，兩者之間具有一定的連結。

In recent years, it can be seen that many Taiwanese women have gradually become live broadcasters of erotic platforms. They walk on the edge of the law, take advantage of legal loopholes, and do not even think that it is illegal to do so. Whether in Taiwan or mainland China, filming was regarded as restricted in the past. The drama or portrait of adult films, and the scale is not like the covertness of women in the past when shooting such portrait works or films, but more subverts the framework of the past, and even generously admits that he is this type of portrait work Or the subjects in the film, the successful ones will inevitably attract followers, so that more and more young Taiwanese women have entered the market of erotic platforms, and a new fashion trend has emerged. This article mainly explores whether the rise of erotic platforms also represents the openness of Taiwanese society to sexuality, or the improvement of its acceptability. This article uses literature analysis and relevant literature at home and abroad to try to find out from different viewpoints whether the degree of openness to sex in Taiwanese society has changed with the rise of feminism, and whether women are willing to invest in live broadcasters of erotic platforms in recent years. The block field, is it purely for the viewing rate of the video? Driven by commercial interests? Secular shackles women's sexual liberation and chooses to challenge social perceptions? This paper hopes to find a certain connection between the reasons for the rise of pornographic platforms in recent years and the degree of openness to sex in Taiwanese society through research.
