摘要

飲食男女，人之大欲。文學作為人類生活與思想的反映，口腹之慾在童書中佔據重要角色。兒童文學作品充斥著與飲食相關的意象、概念和價值。無論是食物本身、食器、食物的生産或加工、食物的提供者、食物的消耗者、吃食的時地、方式、禁忌或崇拜，都透露出環境、作者、文本與讀者之間的聯繫。本文旨在檢視臺灣本土兒童圖畫書，嘗試發掘飲食如何在本土兒童圖畫書中被使用、被描述、被閱讀。

Children's picture books reveal a variety of food related images, notions and values through the overwhelming depictions of diet. This paper intends to examine the children's picture books of Taiwanese picture writers, author or illustrators, highlighting the use of food, so as to find out how the artistic form and real life appetites match each other.
