自然與文化觀點下之森林療癒研究—以臺東鸞山森林文化博物館遊客為例

摘要


過去森林療癒相關研究,大多著重在自然環境的因素,較少調查文化在人們療癒上扮演的角色。因此本研究主要目的在從自然與文化角度探討遊客森林療癒體驗。採質性研究,研究場域為臺東縣鸞山森林文化博物館,以立意抽樣及半結構式訪談法蒐集資料,共訪談21位遊客,以歸納法進行資料分析。研究結果發現,除可從Kaplan與Kaplan(1989)的遠離、魅力、延伸、相容四個面向來理解遊客森林療癒體驗外,文化象徵性的祭儀、社會空間之社會文化環境及對土地社群組成的了解亦有其在療癒上不可忽視的部分。鸞山森林文化博物館是一個「地方」,具備自然與文化交疊的療癒地景,原住民生態智慧有其在療癒上運用的可能。

In the past studies about forest therapy, most of them were based on the natural environment, while less investigating the effect of local culture on visitors' restorative perception. The purpose of this study aims to understand the visitors' experience of forest therapy from the view of nature and culture. This study uses qualitative approach. Twenty-one in-depth interviews were conducted with semi-structured interview questions in Luanshan Forest Culture Museum, Taitung. The main findings are as follows: In addition to understanding the forest therapy of the respondents from the four dimensions of being away, fascination, extent and compatibility in Kaplan & Kaplan (1989), cultural symbols of rituals, and social space includes the social cultural environment and the understanding of community composition also play important roles in healing experience. Luanshan Forest Culture Museum is a place with a healing landscape of overlapped nature and culture, and traditional ecological knowledge of aboriginal people has the possibility to be used in healing.
