高雄市幼兒園教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之研究

A Study of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Kindergarten Teachers in Kaohsiung City

摘要


本研究主旨在了解高雄市幼兒園教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況及其關係,並探討工作壓力對工作滿意度之相關性。本研究以105學年度高雄市公私立幼兒園教師為母群體,以便利抽樣方式取得樣本,共發出531份問卷,有效問卷共440份,有效回收率為82%。問卷整理統計後,利用SPSS統計軟體,對回收資料進行敘述性分析、信度分析、效度分析、因素分析、t檢定與單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析。據此實證結果,建議未來能降低師生比與增置相關人員減低教師的工作壓力,讓教師們能有更多的心力放在教學上,也更能照顧到每位幼兒不同的發展狀況。

The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and the correlation between the job stress and job satisfaction among kindergarten teachers in Kaohsiung City, and to explore the correlation between job stress and job satisfaction. In this study, the public and private Kindergarten teachers in Kaohsiung City in 2016 as the population, the convenience sampling method is used to obtain samples by paper questionnaires, 531 copies are sent out, and the recovery rate is 82%. After compiled the questionnaires, by using of SPSS Statistical Software, the descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, t test and single-factor analysis, variance analysis correlation analysis, regression analysis to the returned data have been conducted. Based on the empirical results, it is suggested that by reducing the student-teacher ratio and increasing the associate staff to relieve the pressure on teachers in the future, they would be able to put more effort on teaching and take care of the different development of each child.
