The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and the correlation between the job stress and job satisfaction among kindergarten teachers in Kaohsiung City, and to explore the correlation between job stress and job satisfaction. In this study, the public and private Kindergarten teachers in Kaohsiung City in 2016 as the population, the convenience sampling method is used to obtain samples by paper questionnaires, 531 copies are sent out, and the recovery rate is 82%. After compiled the questionnaires, by using of SPSS Statistical Software, the descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, t test and single-factor analysis, variance analysis correlation analysis, regression analysis to the returned data have been conducted. Based on the empirical results, it is suggested that by reducing the student-teacher ratio and increasing the associate staff to relieve the pressure on teachers in the future, they would be able to put more effort on teaching and take care of the different development of each child.
