課外音樂學習動機與學習成效關係之研究

A Study in Participating Extracurricular Music Learning of Motivations and Effects

摘要


本研究旨在探討學生課外音樂學習的動機和成效的關係,採取文獻探討、問卷調查,收集資料分析。為達研究目的,本研究針對台中市某國中之學生發出330份問卷,篩選後有效問卷計320份。分別進行敘述性分析、差異性分析、相關分析、干擾變項分析、迴歸分析等統計方法,研究結果顯示:一、有參與課外音樂學習的人數約佔一半;女生多於男生;二年級人數最多;學習2~3年者為最多。二、學習項目以個別樂器的鍵盤組人數為最高,弦樂器第二,合唱團第三,而且西樂高於國樂。三、課外音樂學習內在動機以「因為自己有興趣所以想學」為主,預期目標為「欣賞音樂讓生活更充實,增加自我的音樂鑑賞力」,持續動機為「學了音樂很有收穫,還是保有濃厚的學習興趣」。四、年級與學習時間變項對課外音樂學習成效具有差異性。五、課外音樂學習動機與成效各層面均有顯著相關。六、性別、年級、學習時間,都不是課外音樂學習動機與成效的干擾變項根據研究結果,提出對課外音樂的推廣及未來相關研究之建議,以供學校、家長、教師及後續研究者之參考。一、擴展音樂團隊,學校行政師長更支持音樂性社團及校際性音樂比賽。二、提供更多音樂資訊、普及音樂教育。三、家長多提供子女課外音樂學習的機會,讓課外學習課程更多元化,親子共同參與,提升學習品質。四、研究範圍可擴大至全台各地,增加推論性,了解各地課外音樂學習狀況。五、教師要自我檢視,不斷充實自升,擴充學生音樂內涵。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between motivation and effectiveness of extracurricular music learning, and to explore the literature, questionnaire survey and data collection. For the purpose of research, this study was conducted in Taichung City, a student in the country issued 330 questionnaires, screening effective questionnaire after 320 copies. 164 valid samples from 330 students, statistical software for descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Regression were adopted to analyze data, the results show: (1) There are about half of the number of students involved in extracurricular music learning; girls more than boys; the largest number of sophomore; learning 2 to 3 years are the most. (2) The learning project to the number of individual instruments for the highest number of keyboard groups, stringed instruments second, the choir third. (3) Extracurricular music learning intrinsic motivation to "We want to learn because we are interested" the main goal is to "listen to music to make life more substantial, increase self-music appreciation", sustained motivation for "learning music is very rewarding, or keep a strong interest in learning." (4) Grade and learning time variables have different effects on extracurricular music learning. (5) Extracurricular music learning motivation and effectiveness of all levels are significantly related. (6) The gender, grade, study time, are not extracurricular music learning motivation and effectiveness of interference variables. According to the results of this study, some suggestions are proposed for extracurricular music popularization and future relevant research providing for schools, parents, teachers and follow-up researchers. (1) The expansion of the music team, school administrators to support the music community and inter-school music competition. (2) To provide more music information, universal music education. (3) Parents provide children with extracurricular music learning opportunities, so that extracurricular learning courses more diversified, parent-child participation, improve learning quality. (4) The scope of the study can be extended to all over Taiwan, increase the inference, to understand the situation around the extracurricular music learning. (5) Teachers to self-view, and constantly enrich themselves self-promotion, expansion of student music content.
