訓練機構導入TTQS對訓練品質影響之研究

摘要


本研究以深度訪談法研究方式,以TTQS評核系統五大構面十九項評核指標為研究工具,研究者設計訪談綱要經專家審查後對受訪者深度訪談,來探討TTQS基本精神對教育訓練的影響及訓練機構導入TTQS評核系統辦理教育訓練對提升訓練品質之影響。經由研究結果顯示以下結論:一、訓練機構影響TTQS評核結果的重要因素為系統連結性、說寫作一致性及持續改善,此亦為TTQS的基本精神,五大構面19項評核指標環環相扣、上下連結形成完整的管理流程與詳實紀錄及注重持續改善及周而復始的循環。二、訓練機構導入TTQS成功關鍵在於有高階主管支持與承諾、成員學習成長。

This study adopts case study method; in-depth interview method, and uses 19 evaluation indexes of the five major aspects of the Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) evaluation system as the research tools. The researcher designed the interview outline and conducted in-depth interviews with the interviewees after review by experts. explore the impact of the basic spirit of TTQS on education and training. and the introduction of the TTQS assessment system by the training unit to handle the impact of education and training on improving training quality Main purpose. Through the results of study, the following conclusions are: First, the training institutions affect the TTQS evaluation results of the important factors are system link , said writing consistency and continuous improvement, this is also the basic spirit of TTQS, five structures 19 assessment pointer ring buckle, upper and lower links to form a complete management process and detailed records and pay attention to continuous improvement and cycle. And the training institutions import TTQS success key lies in the senior executive support and commitment, member learning growth and gradually importation of iCAP (Integrated Competency and Application Platform) functional certification courses.
