高職工業類科學生學習行為、教學型態與學習環境對技能檢定學習成效影響之研究

The Effects of Learning Behavior, Teaching Style and Learning Environment on the Learning Effectiveness of the Industrial Vocational Senior High School Students' Skill Test

摘要


高職(工)學校的教育政策因為證照時代的來臨而有了大幅改變,由以往的升學主義,逐漸導向以證照通過率為主軸,技職教育也漸漸成為現代教育關注的課題。技職教育證照化得當,有助產學對接,產學雙方可因此互蒙其利,學生亦可提升競爭力,形成產業、學校和學生三贏的局面。本研究以桃園市的高職資訊科學生為例,藉由問卷調查方式,探討學生的學習行為、教師的教學型態以及教室內的學習環境對電腦硬體裝修技能檢定成效之影響,並根據調查結果給予建議及調整方向。回收有效問卷385份,再以相關分析與迴歸分析進行資料分析與驗證。研究結果顯示:學生的學習行為、教師的教學型態與教室內的學習環境對於技能檢定學習成效呈現中上的相關關係;學生的學習行為、教師的教學型態與教室內的學習環境對於學習成效具有顯著的影響。

The educational policy has changed significantly in vocational high school system due to the coming of licensing era. Schools have shifted their main focus from students' further education to the vocational license-obtaining rate, hence vocational education has gradually draw a lot of attention in the field of modern education. The research applying survey questionnaires, discussed the student's learning behaviors, teacher's teaching patterns, and studying environment in the class as three influence factors on students passing skill tests. Based on the results, there are also suggestions and adjustments provided in this research. 385 questionnaires were collected and analyzed on analysis of correlation and regression analysis. The results show that: students' learning behaviors, teachers' teaching patterns and the learning environment in the classroom are related to the performance of skill verification learning; students' learning behaviors, teachers' teaching style and the learning environment in the classroom are significant impact for learning effectiveness.
