越南台商商務華語編寫實務研究-以《越南工廠華語通-辦公室用語》為例

The Compilation Practice of Business Chinese Teaching Materials for Taiwanese Companies in Vietnam: A Case Study on Chinese for Working at Factories in Vietnam, Chinese at the Office

摘要


文藻外語大學應用華語文系(以下簡稱本系)早在2007年,政府尚未推動南進政策前即與越南台商簽訂實習合約,於每年暑假甄選學生到越南胡志明市,進行為期兩個月的華語教學實習,讓越籍員工瞭解台灣的華語與文化,以符合台商的工作需求。有鑑於「通用化」的華語教材缺乏針對性、國情性及時代性,本系相繼推出《越南職場華語通》、《越南工廠華語通》等教材,並落實教學,皆獲得良好的教學成效。隨著台商的業務拓展,上述教材對公司各部門之辦公室已不敷所需。本文即通過ADDIE的教材編寫設計模式論析《越南工廠華語通-辦公室用語》的編纂過程與實務,冀能讓華語教材在日趨專業化、客製化的需求下,提出可供參考的資藉。

The Department of Applied Chinese of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages has signed an internship agreements with a Taiwanese company in Vietnam in 2007, by which Wenzao's students are selected for a two-month Chinese language teaching internship in Ho Chi Minh City every summer. The teaching focuses on enabling Vietnamese employees to better understand Taiwan's culture and Chinese language use, and to serve more in line with Taiwanese supervisors' needs. Given that common Chinese learning materials for the Vietnamese neglect the specificity whereby the Chinese language is to be used, the cultural aspects embedded in the language, and the latest language use. The Department has published Chinese for Work in Vietnam and Chinese for Working at Factories in Vietnam, and applied them in instructions with remarkable teaching effectiveness. With the expansion of Taiwanese companies, these two books cannot fully meet the language use requirements at company offices. This study aims to analyze, based on the ADDIE Model, the compilation process and practice of Chinese for Working at Factories in Vietnam - Chinese at the Office in the hope that the research results can serve as reference for the purpose-specificity and customization of relevant teaching materials.
