以專業學習社群概念建置之華語教師YouTube頻道之成效自我敘事分析

Self-Narrative Research on the Effectiveness of a YouTube Channel for Chinese L2 Teacher Based on the Concept of Professional Learning Community

摘要


本研究首先回顧全球學習華語的風潮及我國師資培訓、教育部對外華語教學能力認證的投入,以作為華語文教學專業學科發展的映證。然而,職前與在職的華語教師所具備的教學素養和職場間逐漸產生落差,YouTube頻道「華語教師加油站」便期能結合「小型開放式教育資源」和「教師專業發展學習社群」兩種概念弭平教學能力的落差。本研究以該頻道的四支熱門上傳影片進行自我敘事資料蒐集,包含其觀看數據及創作者觀察與反思,再依此指出該頻道的主題發展方向與時間長度的關聯,期能啟發更多教師應用網路影音平臺建置專業發展學習社群,使之能不受時空限制而傳遞最新知識理念或分享實用教學策略。

The research reviewed the global trend of learning Mandarin Chinese and how teaching Chinese as a second/foreign language becomes a profession in higher education and vocational training, even one of the certification by the Ministry of Education. However, a gap of teaching qualities/competency was gradually expanded between the Chinese L2 teachers themselves and the teaching scenes in this changing age. Thus, the YouTube channel "Go for TCSL," which based on the concept of "Little OER" and "Teacher Professional Development Learning Community" has built up. The research collecting self-narratives with the four most-viewed videos in the channel. Then, analyzed the narratives and effectiveness data. Finally, the researcher pointed out the development of the channel in the future, hoping that could inspiring more teachers using the online platform to build a professional development learning community. It allows teachers to share the latest knowledge and ideas about practical teaching strategies without the time and space limited.
