Introduction to the Principles of Fiber Laser Cutting Technology and the Application Thin Steel Plates Cutting

摘要


本文將介紹雷射切割技術原理,說明影響雷射切割品質之主要因素如雷射光源特性(功率、波長、輸出模式)、聚焦方式、輔助氣體種類與氣體壓力等,其次說明500 W CW光纖雷射在薄碳鋼板與薄不鏽鋼板之應用實例與切割參數。

In this paper, we introduced the principles of fiber laser cutting technology. The major factors of laser cutting qualities such as laser power, wavelength, laser beam mode, focal position, cutting gas and gas pressure were explained. The laser cutting processes of thin carbon steel plates and thin stainless steel plates with ITRI 500 W CW fiber laser are also disclosed.
