Industry 4.0 Communication Technologies and Applications

摘要


工業4.0利用先進的數據通訊與分析技術將機器、設備、電腦甚至人互聯,以實現工業生產的智慧化並提高製造的自動化水準,它實現全球工業製造系統及先進的計算、製造和無處不在的網路連接的融合,其特徵是通過大量採用各類感測器,獲取物理世界的各種資訊,從而提升對物理世界的感知能力,在製造中實現即時的智慧化的決策和控制。本文通過對整合了通訊技術、語意技術及視覺化等技術所開發的通訊驗證平台的介紹,提供了工業4.0的應用案例,該平台實現了設備互通驗證/標準物件化服務驗證/彈性化網頁介面設計等模組,亦包括製造設備聯網介面元件及元件測試功能服務,可有效連結現有各式控制器,並協助產線建置時控制系統與通訊系統的設計、模擬與驗證。

Industry 4.0 is acclaimed for its advantage in further raising the degree of manufacturing system automation by interconnecting sensors, devices, computers and people through advanced communication and analytics technology. It embodies the convergence of global industrial ecosystem, advanced computing and manufacturing, pervasive sensing and ubiquitous network connectivity. Besides, it is characterized by its capability in sensing the physical world and collecting a large variety of information about the physic world base on the application of a large quantity of all kind of sensors. This in turn helps achieve timely intelligent decision making and control in manufacturing. This paper presents an Industry 4.0 application case by introducing a communication verification platform which is developed through the integration of communication technology, semantics technology and data visualization technology. The platform has realized various functional models including inter-machine communication verification, standard-object service verification, and design of flexible web page interface. This object-oriented and model-based platform provides a helpful and friendly development and verification environment for industrial manufacturing towards Industry 4.0.
