摘要


近年來科技發展迅速,為滿足複雜元件與多元檢測需求,本團隊發展基於點雲之即位幾何公差量測技術。該技術導入點雲資料處理技術,並基於ASME-Y14.5M-2009全球公認標準自行研發點雲幾何公差演算法,搭配幾何公差量測介面,將整套系統應用於實際加工工件上進行四種幾何公差量測。結合高精度雷射掃描系統快速掃瞄平台,達成業界所需之產品品質及競爭力,得以取得較大的市場競爭力及較高獲利。

Due to rapid advances of technology in recent years, the needs to measure freeform surfaces of complex workpieces along with a wide range of measurements are increasing. In response to the needs, our team has been devoted to the development of an in situ geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) measurement algorithm based on point cloud data. This measurement algorithm featuring an intuitive user interface applies a globally recognized standard ASME-Y14.5M-2009. The entire algorithm system is further implemented to carry out four different GD&T measurements of processing workpieces. It is also integrated into a rapid scanning platform with a high-precision laser scanning system. This will help the industry not only to deliver high product quality, but also to increase market competitiveness and profits.
