摘要


高速氣靜壓主軸應用於高精密機械工業,有別於國內先前的開發案採用微孔式氣靜壓軸承,本研究選用承載能力更高的多孔質氣靜壓軸承,欲了解多孔質徑向軸承的性能,以單一柱塞之簡化模型來研究局部多孔質徑向軸承的氣隙壓力,應用有限體積法及壓力與速度耦合之技術,藉由計算流力軟體分析在不同氣隙厚度及邊長的情況下的氣隙壓力分佈及平均壓力,以瞭解該等參數之變化對軸承性能之影響。

High speed aerostatic spindle can be utilized in high-precision machinery industry. Different from using the micro-hole aerostatic bearing in the previous domestic-development cases, we choose "porous media aerostatic bearing" as our topic because of its higher carrying capacity. In order to study porous media radial aerostatic bearings, single plunger is used as a simplified model to investigate the air gap pressure of porous media aerostatic bearing by applying the volume method and pressure-velocity coupling method. Through the analysis and simulation of pressure distribution and average pressure of various thicknesses and lengths of air gap, we are able to understand the effects of those parameters upon aerostatic bearing.
