主動式阻尼技術與工具機振動抑制應用

Machine Tool Structure Vibration Suppression by Active Damping Technology

摘要


在工具機產業中,切削顫振常導致刀具磨耗加速、影響表面粗糙度與縮短主軸壽命,傳統上常利用降低切削深度的方法抑制顫振發生,但降低切削深度會造成加工效率下降,如果能夠控制切削振動的發生,則切削深度可以再提升,加工效率也可以有效提升,因此本文將介紹針對抑制切削振動的主動式阻尼系統,在加工過程中,以主動式阻尼系統抑制振動的功能降低切削振動。

Machining vibrations, a.k.a. chatter, lead to affecting the surface roughness and shortening the life of spindles and tools in machine tool industry. Reducing the depth of cutting is conventionally used to suppress the chatter. However, if the depth of cutting is reduced, the machining efficiency is decreased, too. If the vibration can be controlled, the depth of cutting can be increased, and the efficiency can also be improved. Therefore, an active damping system is introduced in this article for vibration suppression. During the processing, the vibration can be reduced by the active damping system.
