電動車輛控制系統功能安全發展與驗證技術

Development and Verification of Functional Safety for Electric Vehicle Control System

摘要


本文首先簡述電動車輛之控制系統組成,接著介紹工研院機械所車輛功能安全領域發展現況,以自行開發之動力馬達驅控器作為案例,說明執行ISO26262標準之相關認證流程;於失效驗證技術方面,以基於硬體在環模擬方法所建立之虛擬驗證平台介紹其特點,藉由此平台執行測試與驗證不僅安全、可靠且大幅縮短開發時間達到節省成本的目的。

In this article, the first section introduces the structure of a typical electric vehicle’s control system. In the following section, the latest development of ITRI in vehicle functional safety is discussed. By taking the traction motor controller as a case study, implementation of the certification process of ISO26262 standard is illustrated. Its testing and verification were performed by a virtual verification platform which was based on the hardware-in-the-loop simulation method.Not only safe and reliable, the method proposed in this paper offers great reduction in development time and cost.
