Observing the global trend on the development of Internet of Vehicle (IoV) for motorcycles, the prime focuses could be divided into three categories: safety improvement, convenience providing and entertainment service enhancement. Among them, the safety development accounts for the highest proportion. The characteristics of motorcycles and cars are different, with suitable IoV information, it could reduce motorcycle's accident rate and also provide comprehensive riding experience, while with too much IoV information may cause distraction to the rider. How to alert or provide information at right moment and display accurate current location without disturbance to or being ignored by the rider are the key design considerations for the manufacturers and service providers.
