雷射清潔技術與應用

Laser Cleaning Technology and Its Applications

摘要


雷射清潔有著非接觸性、選擇性移除、穩定快速與低環境汙染的優勢,在工業製造、金屬加工、建築與文物古蹟修護都具備廣泛應用前景。透過雷射對金屬材料表面髒汙與氧化層的作用,可快速移除表面疏鬆孔洞與氧化層,降低表面粗糙度。本文將針對清潔技術的發展、雷射清潔研究現況與應用進行介紹,作為國內產業發展方向的參考。

Advantages of laser cleaning include: it is a non-contact process; it has selective removal capability; it is a fast, stable and environment-friendly process. Laser cleaning is widely used with application covers industrial manufacturing, metal parts processing, construction structures, historic buildings and cultural heritage objects. Laser cleaning is capable of fast removal of contamination and oxide layer on the material’s surface, as well as to reduce surface roughness. In this article, worldwide current development and application status of laser cleaning technology will be introduced which may be provided as references for future development in domestic related industries.
