國產IoT嵌入式模組於關燈工廠之解決方案-刀具篇

Solution for Lights-Out-Factory by Domestic IoT Embedded Module- Application in Machining Tool Management

摘要


關燈工廠精髓在於軟硬整合,透過物聯網架構結合雲端運算、大數據分析,達到提升生產效率及節省人力的協作作業。然而在自主化生產的過程中,至少占總成本30%的刀具管理解決方案仍未完整提供與實現,傳統刀具管理系統受限硬體成本與傳輸程序彈性低而複雜,本文提出以主動式感知與信號處理之晶片取代原先被動式無線射頻辨識晶片之解決方案,透過主動式交握系統自主,對刀具進行標準化、系列化管理,能有效避免因人為因素產生刀具出現失控狀態,進而逐步實現智慧製造遠景與未來。

The core value of Lights-Out-Factory is the integration of software and hardware. Production efficiency and manpower can be improved through utilization of Internet of Things technologies combined with cloud computing and big data analysis. However, for automated manufacturing, the machining tool management solution which accounts for at least 30% of total production costs has not yet been fully provided and realized. The traditional tool management system has been limited by hardware costs and complex low-flexibility transmission. This paper provides a solution to replace the passive RFID chip with an active ZigBee chip for sensing and signal processing. Through active handshake system, standardization and serial management of the machining tool is carried out to effectively avoid the out-of-control state of the tool caused by human factors and gradually realizes the vision and future of smart manufacturing.
