Dynamic Analysis of Rotor in Centrifugal Compressor

摘要


本研究使用商用設計軟體DyRoBeS針對離心式空調主機之壓縮機轉子進行動態分析。轉子系統的額定操作轉速約為6,000rpm,臨界轉速分析結果顯示系統之第一階臨界轉速為8,673rpm、第二階臨界轉速為11,320rpm,第三階臨界轉速為14,185rpm,與額定轉速皆符合大於20%安全裕度之設計要求。

This article describes the dynamics analysis of the compressor rotor in a newly designed centrifugal chiller using commercial design software, DyRoBeS. The rated rotation speed is 6,000 rpm for the single shaft system. The first critical speed is 8,673 rpm, the second critical speed is 11,320 rpm, and the third critical speed is 14,185 rpm. The first second critical speed of the rotor is found to be 20% higher than the rated rotation speed, which completely meets the design requirement.
