CNC控制器慣量估測技術發展與介紹

Introduction to Development of Inertia Estimation Technology for CNC Controller

摘要


機近年來工具機加工朝向少量多樣的生產趨勢發展,然而當前的伺服參數出廠設定值無法滿足不同類型加工需求,且機台負載工件重量不同影響動態響應,因此如何針對不同的工件品質需求來調整控制器參數變得極為重要。本文針對當前國內外CNC控制器,對於慣量估測技術之發展進行說明與介紹。

In recent years, the development trends of machine tools is toward low volume and high diversity production. However, current machine tools servo parameter settings out of factory cannot meet the needs of different types of processing, not to mention that weight of the workpiece loaded by the machine can affect its dynamic response. Therefore, adjusting controller parameters according to different workpiece quality requirements becomes extremely important. This article describes and introduces the development of inertia estimation technology for current domestic and foreign CNC controllers.
