摘要


金屬加工製品具複雜外型、多維度、曲面之特性,尤其表面具有非一致性紋理,使用傳統機器視覺檢測一直是困難課題,目前大多只能靠目檢員來確保產品品質。為因應金屬加工製品檢測需求,本文將介紹工研院機械所開發之人工智慧表面品質檢測技術,以及其相關之金屬加工製品檢測應用,亦可解決現有金屬加工製品表面上光源不均造成檢測不穩定之問題,提升金屬製品業之附加價值。

Metal products have characteristics of complex shapes and multi-dimensional curved surfaces. Inconsistency surface texture quality has always been a difficult problem to be tackled in traditional visual inspection, as it highly relies on operators to ensure product quality. In order to meet the requirements of the metal processed product inspection, this article will introduce the artificial intelligence inspection method developed by ITRI and its related applications in metal processing. This method solves the problem of unstable detection caused by non-uniform light source on the surface of metal products, and thus enhances the added value of the metal processing industry.
