摘要

全球化的跨國生產體制及供應鏈的脆弱，在此次疫情中顯露無遺，為了維持一定程度的生產製造能力，產業將朝向「分散零組件來源」及「鞏固國內供應鏈」發展。台灣已累積大量研發能力在機器人的機構設計與機電整合，產品的附加價值與競爭力已創造出和國外業者的差異性。未來，如何利用軟體將機器人的功能整合的更有效率與智慧化，將是在硬體精密技術已漸滿足市場需求的情況下，可以成為更有市場競爭力的法寶之一。

The globalized multinational production system and the fragility of the supply chain have been revealed in this epidemic. In order to maintain a certain degree of manufacturing capacity, the industry will develop towards ＂decentralized source of components＂ and ＂consolidation of domestic supply chains.＂ Taiwan has accumulated a large amount of research and development capabilities in robotic mechanical design, electromechanical integration. The added value and competitiveness of its products have created differentiation from foreign players. In the future, how to use software to integrate the functions of robots more efficiently and intelligently will become one powerful magic tools in the market where hardware precision technology has gradually met market demands.
