摘要


車輛到萬物(V2X)技術有助於在實現低碳交通的同時,可活用電動車電池來協助平衡電網,並容納更多再生能源。V2X的概念,即是一種能使能量由電動車電池回送到電網或建築的技術。目前包含美國、英國、荷蘭、丹麥及日本等均積極展開示範計畫。V2X商機無限但距離商業化仍有一段距離,包含缺乏標準、符合V2X的硬體設備不多、市場制度與監管法規不明、消費者疑慮等問題尚待解決。本文首先說明V2X對電網的影響,再分析V2X應用情境與產業發展,最後,歸納V2X的發展挑戰。

The vehicle-to-everything technology could help to balance demand and supply of renewable energy while moving towards low carbon mobility. The concept of V2X is a technology enables energy to be forwarded from electric vehicle batteries to the grid or building. Currently, several countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark and Japan are actively supporting pilot projects in this area. There are promising business opportunities in V2X, but there is commercialization gap from laboratory to market. Issues including the lack of standards, few compatible devices, ambiguous market and regulations, and consumer concerns have yet to be resolved. This paper firstly explains the impact of V2X on the power grid, then analyzes the V2X applications and its industrial trend, and finally summarizes the development challenges of the V2X.
