熱沖壓快速模具製造技術研究

The Research of Rapid Mold Manufacturing Technology for Hot Stamping Process

摘要


因應全球化生產,產品生命週期縮短,接單能力亟需提升以達到應變時間減少的需求,導致模具製造週期縮短。然而,熱沖壓零件的模具開發期長,廠商需要快速的模具製作方式以提供客戶高品質樣件,接單上才具備競爭力。本文將以噴膠黏粉積層製造技術進行熱沖壓模具的開發,並解決傳統直鑽水路的熱沖壓模具所面臨開發期長的問題,以異形水路的設計做成一體式的金屬模具。透過模擬分析方法確認設計,並以熱沖壓防撞樑載具作為技術驗證,確認快速的模具製作方法能否滿足熱沖壓業者的需求。

The product life cycle has been shortened to respond to the requirement of global production. Due to the time-consuming development time of hot stamping forming tools, a rapid die making method is needed by manufacturers to provide customers with high-quality prototype to remain competitive in market. A hot stamping die with conformal cooling channels has been manufactured using binder jetting 3D technology to solve the problem of long development time of traditional die with drilling channels in this research. The design of conformal cooling channels has been confirmed by numerical simulations analysis. A door beam was used as an example to verify whether the new design of hot stamping dies meet the needs of manufacturers.
