車輛封閉型冷卻系統設計

Closed Vehicle Cooling System Design

摘要


車輛的動力系統與轉向系統在運轉過程中會產生大量的熱能,此外,某些車輛會將系統封閉於車內,需藉由冷卻系統搭配風扇及流道的設計將熱排出車外。本文主要討論冷卻系統相關參數的設計與分析,並且結合壓降計算的參數,使散熱性能最佳化。

The power system and steering system of the vehicle will generate a lot of heat during operation, and in some cases, these systems are enclosed inside vehicles. Hence, it is necessary to dissipate the heat out of the vehicle by using the design of cooling system that matches the fan and fluid passage. This article mainly discusses the design and analysis of the relevant parameters of the cooling system, and combined with the parameters from the pressure drop calculation to propose an optimized heat dissipation solution.
