嵌入式無線量測減速機技術研究

Research on Wireless Measurement Technology with Embedded Gear Reducer

摘要


在工業應用上,減速機乃重要動力傳達裝置,普遍是藉由大小不同之齒輪和軸承,組合成一個減速機,連結馬達及機械設備二側,使馬達之迴轉數降低,進而獲取較大的轉矩。一般在量測減速機振動數據時,多半是利用壓電形式加速規,以外掛於減速機表面進行。此舉固然能夠得到精準數值,但在某些場合礙於空間限制,無法順利實施。本文開發目標為嵌入式無線量測減速機系統,此技術可提供使用者即便受到上述阻礙時,仍可成功收取相關振動訊號。除此之外,選用感測器不僅測得振動數據,也包含溫度數據,對於使用者在後台分析上有更多參考。本文透過機構設計、動態分析、雛型機功能驗證,建立具無線量測之減速機功能技術。

In industrial applications, the reducer is an important power transmission device. Generally, gears and bearings of different sizes are combined into a reducer to connect the two sides of the motor and mechanical equipment, so that the number of revolutions of the motor is reduced, and a larger torque is obtained. Usually, when measuring the vibration data of the reducer, a piezoelectric accelerometer is used, which is attached to the surface of the reducer. Although this way can obtain accurate values, but in some cases due to space constraints, it cannot be worked out successfully. The goal of this article is to develop an embedded wireless measurement reducer system that provides users with the ability to successfully receive relevant vibration signals even when facing the above mentioned obstacles. In addition, the selected sensor not only measures vibration data, but also includes temperature data, which provides more reference for users in background analysis. This article establishes the technology of reducer with wireless measurement through mechanism design, dynamic analysis, and prototype function verification.
