Integration of Engine and Generator

摘要


引擎與發電機的結合方式影響了傳遞功率、容許轉速、傳遞效率,發電機與引擎的距離也會影響發電機的環境溫度與可操作的電流密度,甚至影響了發電機的可靠度。本文挑選了皮帶傳動方式,遠離引擎高溫環境,增加了發電機的壽命與可靠度,並比較開迴路控制與閉迴路控制之差異。最後則對發電機進行1小時之穩定負載測試與1小時之變動負載測試,並記錄相關參數作為後續參考。

The combination of the engine and the generator affects the transfer power, allowable speed, and transfer efficiency. The distance between the generator and the engine also affects the ambient temperature, the operable current density of the generator and even the reliability of the generator. In this article, the belt drive mode is selected, which is far away from the high temperature environment of the engine, which increases the service life and reliability of the generator, and compares the difference between open-loop control and closed-loop control. Finally, a one-hour stable load test and a one-hour variable load test on the generator were performed and the relevant parameters were recorded for subsequent reference.
