製造業的淨零碳排數位轉型路徑

The Digital Path to Net-zero Emissions in Manufacturing

摘要


在全球凈零排放以及歐盟碳邊境調整機制(Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, CBAM)推動的趨勢下,造就了綠色供應鏈的碳減趨勢。作為產品供應系統的核心,永續性議題對製造業產生了重大影響。製造業在導入不同目的智慧製造服務過程發現也可間接提供了節能的成效,因而製造業轉向尋求以降低碳排為主要目標之解決方案。本文以電線電纜廠案例,透過智慧製造服務平臺的建置,展示了數位化營運如何於提升生產力之外,並為永續經營奠定基礎。

Under the trend of international net-zero emissions, and the European Union Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) result in the carbon reduction trend of the green supply chain. As a core of the product provision system, sustainability issues significantly influence manufacturing. While the sustainability impact has resulted indirectly from smart manufacturing services aimed at different goals, companies are increasingly focused on measures of carbon abatement. In a case of an electric wire and cable plant, we design a smart manufacturing service platform and demonstrate how digitally infused operations extend beyond productivity gains to create a base for sustainable, profitable growth.
