國內大專籃球聯賽發展現況之探討－以公開組為例
Study on the Current Development Status of University Basketball Association in Taiwan-Taking Division I for Example
摘要
大專籃球聯賽（University Basketball Association, UBA）於國內籃球扮演承先啟後的角色，不僅對於學生籃球階段相當重要，更是國內成人聯賽以及國家代表隊的重要搖籃。近年來，UBA在教育部、中華民國大專院校體育總會（簡稱大專體總）、社會企業以及各校的努力與支持之下，整體發展已大幅提升，包含屆數已達第31屆，以及106學年度總決賽首度進軍臺北小巨蛋等等，皆顯現UBA的持續成長有目共睹。為了能夠使UBA蓬勃及永續發展，本研究針對目前UBA之發展現況進行探討，並透過研究團隊於國內多年的專業籃球經歷與學術訓練，進行研究之分析與反思，提出UBA未來發展策略之建議：一、建立學業與球技並進的制度；二、提升UBA品牌價值；三、建立更具信度與全面性的官方網站系統；四、賽制規劃（1.增加賽事場數；2.公開男一級資格賽的實施），共計以上四點發展策略，提供相關單位與人員作為參考，希冀藉由本研究能夠提升國內大專籃球的發展，進而促進國內整體籃球環境的競爭力。

University Basketball Association (UBA) plays a significant role in the growth of Taiwan basketball. It is not only important for student athletes but also cultivates a lot of outstanding players for domestic professional league and the national team. In recent years, the development of UBA has grown substantially with the effort of Ministry of Education, Chinese Taipei University Sports Federation, many enterprises and universities. UBA has lasted for 31 years, and the final game was held in Taipei Arena last year. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and discuss the development of UBA to make it progress substantially. With the academic background and coaching experience of the research team, we have four suggestions for the development strategies of UBA. 1. Build a system for students to balance learning and sports. 2. Elevate the brand value of UBA. 3. Set up a more reliable and comprehensive official website. 4. The competition system (1. Increase match sessions. 2. Implement Men’s Division 1 Qualifier.) On the basis of the research, the organizer can evaluate and correct the strategies in the future. Through this research, we hope we can make UBA become better and enhence the competitiveness of Taiwan basketball.
