PM2.5吸入量及留存量之雲端平台

摘要


近年來,空氣品質越來越受到大眾的關注,很多的研究證實空氣污染之一的PM_(2.5)會直接影響人體健康。根據許多流行病學研究已經證明了PM_(2.5)的健康危害,包括早死、支氣管炎、氣喘、心血管疾病與肺癌等。另外國人運動的風氣也日異盛行,根據教育部體育署的104年運動調查報告中, 國人平常有在做運動的比例為83%,其中又以戶外休閒運動佔最大的比例,前三名分別為走路/散步 42.4%、慢跑27.8%與籃球12.7%等戶外運動,因此每個人運動時PM_(2.5)的吸入量及留存量將是值得關注的重點。本研究的目的在於建立一個系統來預測運動時的PM_(2.5)吸入量及留存量,我們使用 Bruce Protocol心肺檢測功能來尋找心率以及換氣量之關係,接著使用線性迴歸建立換氣量模型用來推測PM_(2.5)吸入量及留存量,並且設計了一個APP可以讓使用者知道運動後的PM_(2.5)吸入量以及留存量以達到警示的效果。

In recent years, air quality is increasingly concerned. People pay attention to air quality of their surroundings. As one of air pollution PM_(2.5) will be affected to human body directly, it was invisible to the naked eye. According to many epidemiological studies have demonstrated the health hazards of PM_(2.5), including early death, bronchitis, asthma, cardiovascular disease, lung cancer, and etc. According to the Ministry of Education Sports Department of the 104 year exercise survey report, the people have to do exercise is about 83%, which the largest proportion is outdoor sports. The top three are walking 42.4%; jogging 27.8%; basketball 12.7% and other outdoor sports, we focus on PM_(2.5) inhalation and retention after exercise. The goal of this study was to establish a system to predict PM_(2.5) inhalation and retention during exercise. We use Bruce Protocol to determine the relation between heart rate and ventilation. And then use the linear regression to establish the ventilation model used to predict PM_(2.5) inhalation and retention, and the design an APP allows the user to know the PM_(2.5) inhalation after the exercise and retention to reach the warning effect.
