摘要
關鍵基礎設施之數位儀控系統與我國民生息息相關，由於其數位儀控系統之嵌入式、客製化等特性，以及特殊環境等因素，致使關鍵基礎設施數位儀控系統之資通安全防護，未如資訊科技之資安防護體系同樣完備。本文探討我國關鍵基礎設施之數位儀控系統資通安全管控措施，並提出資安事件通報方式建議，藉以建全我國數位儀控系統資通安全防護體系。

In our country, critical infrastructure is closely related to people's livelihood. Nonetheless, the security of digital instrumentation and control system of the critical infrastructure is not well guaranteed. The fact is that the cyber security of the digital instrumentations and control systems is not as good as the complete protection of information technology is. It is due to some factors such as the embedded, customized features and being deployed in a special environment. In this paper, the proposed cyber security controls measures and event notification of the critical infrastructure's digital instrumentation and control system are addressed. All these endeavors are made to improve the cyber security protection of our digital instrumentation and control system.
