Android應用程式的安全問題探討-廣告流量之分析

摘要


智慧型手機已經緊密的貼近我們的生活之中,行動作業系統的大餅分別為IOS系統與Android系統,其中Android系統的市場佔有率是逐年上升。大多數的民眾使用手機的時間大幅上升,正因如此,行動廣告的市場逐漸在Android上發展,開發者為了獲利,會將廣告模組(ad library)置入自己所開發的app裡,去獲得收入。近幾年的研究及新聞發現不少廣告有著侵犯隱私權的行為並造成大量病毒的散播。由於使用者並不清楚廣告模組的運作,本研究之目的即在分析app中廣告行為的網路流量,藉此判別是否有異常的行為發生。本研究所開發的應用程式會將所擷取的廣告流量,包含廣告請 求(ad request)與廣告回應(ad reply),呈現給手機使用者知道,讓其知道可能潛在的危險以決定是要解除安裝這個app。

Smart phones have been close to our lives, the operating system of the pie system were IOS system and Android system, which Android system market share is increasing year by year, Because Android mobile phone market has expand rapidly, Advertisement also fit into android mobile markets. In order to earn money, app developers embed ad library to their applications. In recent years, a lot of researches and news stories find out some advertisement will violate user's privacy due to users don't know how ad library works. Our research focuses on the advertising on applications; we will observe the network packets of advertising and analyses the sensitive data. We develop an application on computer, it can capture the packet of advertisement include Ad requests and Ad replies, We show the captured information to users to let user know the risk of the tested apps.
