基於肌電圖及慣性感測器複合演算評估中風復健動作

Evaluation Rehabilitation of Stroke based on Electromyography and Inertial Sensor

摘要


腦中風患者常有身體功能癱瘓之後遺症,此症狀原因為腦血管阻塞或破裂造成持續性神經損傷。患者可透過復健運動恢復身體機能,因此復健運動是恢復正常生活不可或缺之關鍵。現今復健運動常以主觀的觀察方式來評估復健狀況,護理人員難以客觀找出最佳復健方法。相關研究也僅有單一肌電圖或加速度計量化之感測方法。本研究使用肌電圖及慣性感測器量化病患復健狀況,找出患者最佳之上肢復健動作,幫助患者早日恢復,有益於醫療生理資訊之科學診斷。

Stroke patients often have a sequelae of physical dysfunction, the persistent nerve injury is caused by symptoms of vascular obstruction or rupture. Physical function of patients can be recovered through rehabilitation exercise, so rehabilitation exercise is essential to recover the normal life. Nowadays, the effects of the rehabilitation exercise is highly difficult to evaluate, nursing staff is difficult to objectively find the best rehabilitation solution. The related works only used sensing method of Electromyography or Accelerometer. In this study, Electromyography and inertia sensors were used to quantify the rehabilitation status of patients, to find out the best treatment action of upper limb. Try to help patients recover sooner, practice scientific diagnosis of medical physiological information.
