健康生活型態對運動成效的影響

摘要


本研究調查受測者的健康生活型態,及研究受測者的健康生活型態,是否會影響使用者的運動行為,較佳的健康生活型態是否會有較佳的運動的習慣。研究結果發現,整體受測者的健康促進生活型態平均數為2.04,屬於中低等程度。六項分量表中健康責任、運動及營養三項平均分數落於2.0上下,顯示大學生之生活型態在健康行為的建立急需改善。無規律運動者的自我實現的分數越低,越傾向進行更多的運動,而規律運動者在健康生活型態中,運動的分數越高,越傾向進行更多的運動。

This study investigates if participants' healthy lifestyles affect their exercising behaviors and if participants who have healthy lifestyle have better exercising habits. The results show that all participants have an average score of 2.04. The score is close to the medium so the participants have a bad healthy lifestyles and exercise. For participants who do not have regular exercise, their low self-actualized will lead to more exercise. For participants who have regular exercise, their frequent exercise will lead to more exercise.
