摘要

專利檢索在整個專利發展的過程中佔有十分重要的地位。目前的專利檢索系統主要提供欄位檢索和全文檢索的功能，然而許多專利判讀和分析的需求還是必須透過人工檢閱才得以達成。另一方面，自動化技術應用在電子文件的處理上已漸趨成熟，本研究便是利用自動詞彙擷取與分類的技術來辨識並匯聚專利文件集中的重要概念詞彙，使其成為一份專利文件的標籤，取代部分人工檢閱的工作，以增進專利檢索之效能。

Patent search systems usually provide several functions to help user finding target patent documents, such as data field search, full text search. However, patent documents are hard to read and analyze and mostly on manual work. This paper describes a method using automatic word extraction and classification tools to identify and aggregate important concept words. The enhanced system will improve the effectiveness of patent search.
