基於Raspberry Pi物聯網之機台使用管理系統

摘要


順應全球工業4.0熱潮,國內為提升製造產業競爭力,亦提出生產力4.0計畫,但礙於當前產業發展階段尚未成熟,如何導入新技術於製造產業中,相關設備的更新與功能提升便是一大課題。參考國內產業之重點生產能力,本文以機台設備物聯網與感測器應用技術提升作為研究目標,開發一套基於物聯網概念,對機台設備進行人員使用管理之系統,並以樹莓派(Raspberry Pi)作為物聯網中各種感測節點之控制核心,區分為感測結點與資料收集結點,藉由藍芽與Wi-Fi 兩種無線通訊方式,彙整與過濾部署於機台設備周邊之感測器所收集之資訊,再由資料收集結點利用乙太網路將資訊儲存於雲端資料庫中,搭配本研究所開發之機台使用管理系統,可指派欲使用機台之人員,並進行機台使用狀況監看,當有未經許可人員使用機台,感測器會偵測到警訊,並藉由樹莓派物聯網傳遞訊息給管理者,記錄所有異常資訊與處理結果。本研究所提出之樹莓派物聯網架構,未來也可以結合更多感測器,開發出其他機台設備聯網應用技術。

In recent years, "Industry 4.0" has become an important topic for all countries. Taiwan also proposed the "Productivity 4.0" about integrating the technology as Internet of Things, intelligent machinery, big data and lean management to create intelligent manufacturing and service network system. The technology of machine equipment networking and sensor application is one of the key productivity in domestic industry. For developing this application, a management system of the use of machine equipment based on Raspberry Pi sensing network has presented in this paper. The control cores of the IoT sensing network are Raspberry Pi 3 and Pi Zero W, they are divided into two roles: data collection node and sensing node. They gather and filter the sensing data from the sensor on machine equipment through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then data collection node will upload the information to cloud database by Ethernet. The manager can assign the machine to employee and remote monitor the use situation by the use management system. If the employee is not allowed to use the machine, the sensor will issue a warning and notify the manager through Raspberry Pi sensing network. All of the exception information will be recorded in the database. The architecture of Raspberry Pi sensing network has posed in this research can combine more sensors to develop the innovative application of machine equipment in the future.
