行動商務服務之金流機制探討－以微信支付為例

摘要

當今商業科技高速發展各行各業致力於開發讓顧客更加方便、舒適的消費方式。而顧客也不僅滿足於現金消費和刷卡消費的傳統消費方式。伴隨着網絡技術的發展，一種先進可以“隨時隨地”乃至於“足不出戶”的消費方式成爲了熱門之詞-行動商務。在這一方面微信系統所做的“微信錢包”提供給消費者可隨時隨地的充值話費、遊戲點券、信用卡還款、乘坐計程車、購買火車票、電影票、食品外送等服務的需求。一個第三方付款機制提供給人們除了使用現金、刷卡外的第三大消費行為模式，其背後的金流流動想必是巨大且流暢。然而臺灣目前相似的服務機制正處於發展階段，因此探討這種大型的金流機制對於未來建構完整行動商務服務是有其意義。故本研究將探討微信行動商務商務之金流機制-以微信訂電影院訂票系統爲例，應用文獻分析與深度訪談法對微信行動商務進行探討，並總結其機制框架的優缺點，期未來能給行動商務之發展提供參考。

Nowadays Business Technology is developing rapidly. Each industry is committed to developing ways to make customers more convenient and comfortable. And customers are not just satisfied with the traditional way of spending. For example, swipe card or cash.
