試論述區塊鏈技術在資產管理業務中的應用：以點對點直通程序框架建立超級帳本

摘要

資產管理業務是一個面向多業務實體（Multi-Entity）、跨越金融產品服務（Cross Financial products）、跨境及金融地區（Cross Currency）的天然分布式環境，業務的交易確認需要在多個業務實體中進行，增加交易的風險及成本。本論文以中本聰（Satoshi Nakamoto）創新虛擬貨幣「Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System：點對點的電子現金系統白皮書」作為科技技術開發基礎，結合金融科技（Fin-tech）六大關鍵領域：密碼學、分布式計算演算法、金融學、投資銀行學、組合結構及投資組合管理（Book Structure）、直通程序框架實現多維度點對點直通程序（peer topeer straight through processing），開發區塊鏈資產管理業務（Blockchain of Asset）超級帳本（Hyper Ledger）。區塊鏈關鍵技術「Hierarchical Deterministic Technology（HDT） 結構確認技術」、多重確認「Multi-signature」、隔離見證「Segregated Witness簡稱SegWit」作為帳戶管理實現資產管理業務中組合結構及投資組合管理的底層架構，圖靈非完備技術腳本語言（Script language- OPcode）創建可阻斷式、無迴圈、無遞迴的金融物件，市場涵蓋資金、貨幣市場、股票市場、債票券市場、外匯市場（即遠期）、黃金及貴金屬交易、衍生品市場（期貨 期權）、信用交易等，區塊鏈多中心化交易授權及確認機制通過創新直通程序，實現多業務實體、跨金融產品及跨境之資產管理業務服務。

Asset management in financial market is a natural distributed environment under multi-entities, cross financial products in financial industry, cross currency among countries and areas. Regarding to the transaction cost of risk and asset management, straight through processing(or STP) cross individual entities are very high. This paper proposes multi-dimension peer to peer STP platform using key technology of blockchain based on 〞Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System〞Satoshi Nakamoto 2008. The main technology to develop hyper- ledger of asset management in blockchain are cryptography, distributed computing, finance, investment bank, book structure and portfolio management, peer to peer straight through processing from front- to back office. We learn that implementing book structure and portfolio of asset management in financial market should cover key development proposal like Hierarchical Deterministic Technology(or HDT) , Multisignature( or m-n signature structure ) and Segregated Witness. Combining characters of Turing-incomplete language like always terminated, no loop and no recursion as technologic infrastructure to build full coverage of financial market including cash & settlement, short-term money market, stock market, paper and bond market, foreign exchange market, gold, derivatives like future and option, credit related market. Mapping to main characters into blockchain technology for multi-central environment and trading as settlement service, triple ledger accounting, we can built 〞peer-to-peer assessment system of blockchain〞.
