大數據資料視覺化分析-以電信公司資料為例

摘要


本研究透過使用Opview網路聆聽平台以及Tableau智慧商業平台進行電信業之資料蒐集與數據庫分析。在Opview網路聆聽平台中,我們針對台灣中最大的五家電信公司(中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳電信、台灣之星、亞太電信)作為主題進行研究,同時Opview對於五家電信公司分析時我們設定了五個維度去分析客戶對電信公司所提供之電信服務需求,此五個維度設定包括頻寬、收訊、網路、wifi及熱點。根據分析結果發現客戶對電信公司所提供的服務中最重要因素包含有:網路、頻寬及收訊。接著使用Opview分析的結果,我們決定利用蒐集到之某電信公司的客戶使用頻寬資料進行Tableau實作,分析客戶對於網路頻寬之需求、歷年頻寬量化及其退租需求變化,並呈現使用者對於頻寬使用之資料視覺化圖形。透過使用Opview的分析結果以及Tableau進行某電信公司60,000筆資料之資料視覺化結果,可提供電信公司於改善顧客關係與行銷決策上之有用參考。

This study uses a social listening platform- Opview and an intelligent business platform- Tableau to survey and analyze the data of telecom industry. In this paper, we survey the data from social networks which is related to the top five telecom companies in Taiwan, including Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Telecom, Far EasTone Telecom, Taiwan Star Telecom, and Asia Pacific Telecom, as study subjects by using the Opview platform. In addition, five dimensions, which include bandwidth, reception, network, wifi, and hot spots, are also set in the Opview to assess customers' needs on telecommunication services providing by the telecommunications companies. From the analyzed results, this work found that the important factors for users' requirements on telecommunication services are network, bandwidth, and reception. Furthermore, this work applies the Tableau software to analyze the customer's demands on network bandwidth by way of data visualization. From the analyzed results of network listening with Opview and practical implementation using 60,000 data surveyed from a telecommunication enterprise with Tableau, the present results can provide a useful reference to telecom companies for improving customer relationships and marketing decisions.
