摘要

單位護理師急救訓練以基本救命術為主，依據目前的訓練護理師缺乏處理臨床急救的能力。經分析護理師欠缺的能力包含急救知識與技能、自信心以及合作默契。本專案目標為護理師立即救命術的能力可提升50%，包含護理師急救知識、技能、自信心、團隊合作。經專案小組以高擬真現場情境模擬進行護理師立即救命術之能力訓練。護理師立即救命術的能力可提升50%，包括：1.急救知識測驗平均由56.5分提升至85.7分，2.急救技能達成完整率由53.6%升至85.7%，3.急救自信心指數由3.6升至7.8分，4.急救訓練合作指數由2.4升至4.7分。結論此專案透過訓練可提高護理師急救知識認知和技能、增加自信心、培養合作默契。可提供未來提升其他單位護理師立即救命術能力改善之參考。

The current nursing skills in emergency first aid training mainly focused on basic life support. Consequently, there is a lack of ability to manage first aid emergency situations among nurses. Based on the analysis of the current emergency cases, the insufficient abilities of nurses' first aid skills included the lack of the knowledge and skills of first aid, confidence, and team cooperation in the emergency situation. This project aimed to increase the nurses' competency in immediate life support (ILS) regarding nurses' first aid emergency knowledge and skills, confidence and team cooperation, to above 50%. Our team applied the real-time situational simulation training in ILS. After this training program, the percentage of nurses' competency in the ILS increased above 50% in each domain: the average first aid knowledge test scores increased from 56.5 to 85.7 points; first aid skill completion rates rose from 53.6% to 85.7%; confidence index from 3.6 to 7.8 point, and the index of team cooperation in first aid training from 4.7 to 9.4 points. The results indicated that this project significantly improved nurse' knowledge skills of emergency first aid, and confidence about self-competency in managing emergency situations, and involvement in team cooperation. Our project of developing the training program in enhancing nurses' competency in first aid emergency can be considered as effective training to improve the quality of emergency care.
