人權教育課程實施的經驗與反思-以尊重他人的人格權為例

On the practice of human rights education - A consideration of how to respect other's personality rights

摘要


本研究以《世界人權宣言》揭櫫的人權教育目標「尊重人性尊嚴」作為主軸,透過課程實施,引導中等學校師資培育生思考並認同人權教育的核心價值-人性尊嚴與尊重。在課程內容上,從「人權」觀念的解析、基本人權的體系、人權教育的目標等廣泛的議題著手,最後聚焦在「對個體人格尊嚴的尊重」此一日常生活議題上。研究者嘗試從一常見的校園現象,亦即「學生說三字經的行為」,引導師培生從個人經驗出發,反思此一現象的成因和影響,透過課堂討論交換對此一行為的評價以及可能的矯正方法,最後再藉由對學生意見的統整分析,歸結出研究者對此一校園現象的理解與詮釋,並同時評估師培生對此一課題的掌握程度和學習成效。

Based on the purpose of human rights education revealed by the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights", this research focus itself on how to guide prospective high school teachers to realize the core values of human dignity and respect. To begin with the concept of human rights, fundamental human rights and purpose of human rights, the course will guide the participators to consider the social issue of how to respect other's personality rights. Researcher led prospective teachers to face the common phenomena of three-character obscenities usage on campus and reflect the reasons and influence of this situation. Through a serious and frank exchange of views on such behaviors, prospective teachers will set her/his evaluations and try to find the way to correct this deviation. This paper also presents researcher's integrative understanding and explanation of the common phenomena of three-character obscenities usage on campus by analyzing participators' opinions.
