With the implementation of five-day workweeks and one fixed day off and one flexible rest-day policy, people in Taiwan currently have more and more time to participate in leisure activities and sports. Therefore, students generally begin to value the arrangement for leisure activities and sports. To address the issue of leisure activities for university students, this research conducts a study on university students' satisfaction with leisure activities. 330 university students participated in this research as research sample. Utilizing the analytics software, we analyzed the current condition of university students’ satisfaction with leisure activities with descriptive statistics and t-test methodologies. The results show that, with respect to different aspects of leisure satisfaction, the average rate for females is lower than that for males, in particular, the significant differences in relaxational, educational, psychological, and physiological aspects. Results of this research show that the education should put efforts in increasing university students’ participation in leisure activities as well as the satisfaction with leisure activities.
