應用資料包絡分析法探討電子商務產業經營效益-以臺灣、香港、美國上市電商公司為例

摘要


電子商務產業迅速發展,主因於網路與資訊科技的發展,更使經營模式創新,成為企業生存與競爭的關鍵,中國電商創新經營模式催生雙11購物節,成為全球最大的購物節日,本研究探討臺灣、香港、美國地區電子商務帶來經營效益的影響。探討2009-2017年間三個區域上市的電商公司受節日效應影響,分析經營績效的變化。利用資料包絡分析法衡量電子商務公司效率值、敏感度與差額變數分析,研究結果臺灣的平均技術效率為0.763,平均規模效率為0.781;香港是0.716及0.671;美國為0.478及0.763;表電商公司皆未處於最適規模下,有改善的空間。以迴歸分析法來驗證電子商務產業之經營績效受到月份效應的影響,使用的變數皆有影響攸關性。

E-commerce has developed rapidly. China's e-commerce innovation business model led to the double 11 shopping festival. This study explores the impact of the monthly effects and efficiency performance of e-commerce industry. Using data envelopment analysis to measure the efficiency value, sensitivity and difference variables of each e-commerce company from 2009 to 2017. The average technical efficiency is 0.763 and scale efficiency is 0.781 in Taiwan;Hong Kong is 0.716 and 0.671;United State is 0.478 and 0.763. Regression analysis is used to verify that the business performance of e-commerce industry is affected by the month effect.
