特殊學校職員工其適應體育信念與態度相關研究

A Study of Correlations of Perception Relationship Between Beliefs and Attitudes toward Development about Adapted Physical Education

摘要


本研究主要探討的目的有:瞭解特殊學校職員工適應體育信念與適應體育態度之現況,及探討特殊學校職員工適應體育信念與適應體育態度間之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究調查對象以105學年度高雄市4所特殊教育學校職員工178人為研究對象,並以修編之「特殊教育學校發展適應體育之職員工信念與態度問卷」為研究工具,問卷發出149份,回收136份,回收率為91.28%。以典型相關等統計方法進行分析,其結果主要為特殊學校職員工適應體育信念與適應體育態度各構面,其典型相關係數達顯著,適應體育信念與適應體育態度彼此間有密切關聯,具有較高信念的特殊教育學校職員工有較正面積極的適應體育態度。本研究建議:特殊學校職員工普遍不具備適應體育專業知能,其參與學校適應體育發展,需透過以特殊教育為基礎架構,體育教育為輔助元素的方式來進行,提供特殊學校職員工體育與特殊教育結合的相關研習,是目前最直接也最迫切的型式。

The proposes of this study were to realize the current situation of faith and attitude upon adapted physical education of the faculty members in special education school, and to further explore the correlations between each other. The methodology of this study was based on questionnaire, which sampled 178 faculty members among four special education schools in Kaohsiung City during 2016~2017. We adopted the questionnaire of "Faith and Attitude upon the Development of Adapted Physical Education of the Faculty Members in Special Education School" as our research tool. We delivered 149 questionnaires and received 136 ones in return so that the response rate was 91.28%. We used typical relevant statistics model to analyze and discover that the Canonical correlations between each other was basically significant. The factors among faith and attitude upon the development of adapted physical education of the faculty members in special education schools were significantly positive Canonical correlations. The higher belief scores faculty members had the more positive attitude upon adapted physical education they had. This study suggested the faculty members in special education schools had no adapted physical education professional knowledge. For participating in the adapted physical education administration, they need learning more special education as base knowledge. They also need recharging some adapted physical education resource. To provide some similar study ways for them, are in the best and urge ways.
