台灣五葉松精神抗氧化活性及其對人類角質細胞株的影響

松樹精油在歐洲已廣泛應用在日常生活疾病保健，五葉松為台灣特有松科植物，具有抗氧化、抗發炎、抗菌及抑制腫瘤生長活性。乾癬(psoriasis)是一種常見慢性反覆發作的皮膚疾病，在大陸俗稱銀屑病，是由於皮膚角質細胞過度增殖，近年來芳香療法嘗試以植物精油用於改善乾癬。本研究中以超臨界流體技術萃取台灣特有松科植物五葉松的針葉和嫩枝，開發出獨特的松樹精油，並探討其抗氧化活性及對人類皮膚角質細胞(Human skin keratinocyte cell line) HaCaT細胞存活率的影響。研究發現不論是超臨界流體或以超臨界添加乙醇共溶劑，萃取五葉松針葉或嫩枝，五葉松精油均具有明顯清除DPPH自由基，且有濃度依賴性。在細胞存活率的測試方面，除超臨界流體萃取五葉松針葉精油在低於50 μg/mL濃度下，不會影響HaCaT細胞存活率，其餘三種五葉松精油在50 μg/mL時發現會抑制HaCaT細胞存活率。因此，五葉松精油使用於皮膚按摩時宜小心慎用，但是否具有改善皮膚乾癬症狀，後續將需進一步探討。

The pine essential oil is used in Europe aromatherapy, and studies have pointed out that it has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory effects. This study, 1,1-Diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay was carried out to study the antioxidant activity and used human skin keratinocyte cell line (HaCaT) to explore the cytotoxicity of four kinds of essential oils from Pinus morrsonicola by the carbon dioxide with supercritical fluid technology. The results showed that the abilities of scavenging DPPH free radicals were superior with all kinds of essential oil from P. morrsonicola. The concentrations required to significantly inhibit the proliferation of HaCaT were ＞ 50 μg/mL for all kinds of pine oils, exclude pine leaves by the carbon dioxide with supercritical fluid technology. These results demonstrated that the cytotoxic to the skin of essential oils from P. morrsonicola. Also, these studies suggest that caution must be taken for the use of pine essential oil on the skin.
