台灣蛇類的內臟器官位置及其比較初探

摘要


內臟器官的構造和排列位置會因不同的類緣關係或生活習性而有不同,例如樹棲性蛇類的心臟位置通常比水棲蛇類更接近頸部,台灣的蛇類繁多並生活於各種不同的棲息環境,可惜相關的研究仍然缺乏,記錄各種蛇類的內臟器官位置,除了有助於探究其生態適應的問題,也有利於日後手術相關的實驗,因為各種蛇的內臟器官和腹鱗有一定的對應關係,由野外或實驗室收集剛死亡的蛇隻,我們共解剖了3科9屬11種的蛇類,其中兩種黃頜蛇科蛇類:大頭蛇(Boiga kraepelini)和紅斑蛇(Dinodon rufozonatum),以及兩種蝮蛇科蛇類:赤尾青竹絲(Trimeresurus stejnegri stejnegri)與龜殼花(Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus)的樣品數較大,且各自在同一科內分別代表樹棲和陸棲的不同生活環境,因此進一步分析其內臟器官相對於腹鱗的位置,和其所占腹鱗數的百分比,結果發現親緣關係是決定内部器官位置或比例長短的主要因素,而棲地類型則是次要因素。

The structure and position of visceral organ is influenced by the interaction of phylogeny and life history. Although the snake fauna of Taiwan is rich, no study has ever addressed on above issue. By collecting dead snakes from the field and laboratory, we began to check and record the position of some visceral organ of snakes in Taiwan. A total of 11species that belong to 9 genus and 3 family were dissected in this study. Among which 4 species has larger sample size. We used these 4 species that contain 2 families and each family has terrestrial and arboreal representative to analyze whether the visceral structure or position is affected by phylogeny and habitat. The result indicated that phylogeny was the primary whereas habitat was the secondary factor that influence the position or structure of viscera.
