摘要

海洋沉積物中的碳酸鈣含量和粗顆粒（＞63μm）含量的變化，是古海洋和古氣候變遷的重要指標，以往的方法都是將兩者分別逐一分析。本文改進既有的分析方式，將兩種方法有效的結合，除了有設備簡單的優點外，更能快速而精確的得到兩者的分析結果，而且可提供比以往更多的古氣候訊息。

Calcium carbonate and coarse fraction content are very important indicators for studying paleoceanographic and paleoclimatic changes. Previous investigators analyzed the two indicators from marine sediment separately. In this paper, they were analyzed by a combined method. The new method is rapid and accurate, and could provide much more paleoclimatic information from marine sediment.
