以ARCS動機模式及問題導向學習法應用於機器人教育探討

Study on Robot Education Using ARCS Motivation Model and PBL

摘要


在數位科技進步的時代,教學的方式不再只有一種。近年來以機器人作為創客教學方式在數位學習領域被廣泛利用也協助學習者學習藉此提高學習成效,使機器人在教育上的應用被認為是具有提升學生STEAM學習能力的有效課程之一。其中,樂高機器人因具有重組性及邏輯性的優勢使教學多樣化所以最為常見。有鑒於此,本文以臺北市私立某普通機械工程學系大學部選修教育機器人教學實務與應用課程的學生為對象,並利用樂高機器人為平台並利用ARCS動機模式提升學生對程式設計的學習興趣及成效,同時利用問題導向學習與樂高的重組性培養學習者機構設計的能力。最後透過問卷調查的方式,發現樂高機器人可以提升學習者對於程式設計的學習興趣,亦證明機器人教育的實作能使學習者機構設計能力有所提升。

Influenced by the epoch of revolutionary digital technology, the methodology of education has gone boundless. Recently, the methodology of digital leaning has been broadly deployed on the maker platforms of robots. It has successfully motivated students to learn new knowledge in a very effective way. Thus, robotics education has been regarded as a potential approach to enhance students' STEAM learning competencies. The popular platform of LEGO robots diversifies educational practices by its advantages of reorganizational and logical forms. Consequently, this research targeting at the students of department of mechanical engineering at Chinese Culture University, who participate elective educational robot courses, proves through surveys that the Problem-Based Leaning (PBL) the platform of LEGO robots with ARCS motivation model can effectively enhance students' interest in learning new knowledge and promote students' designing skills.
