Since 2016, Taiwan has successively proposed the concept of "regional revitalization" to alleviate population and social problems. Among various communities, the local-sponsored Fun Guandu Festival has a similar promotional strategy to the regional revitalization policy, such as businesses investing in homes, communities participating in revitalization, and integrating revitalization resources; both the festival and the policy aim to promote local connectivity and development. In order to understand the possibility of promoting and developing revitalization based on community festivals, this study takes the Fun Guandu Festival as a case study, and collects and analyzes relevant literature and documents, festival implementation status, and community organization operational mode in order to understand the basics before implementing the regional revitalization policy. In addition, the researcher collected suggestions from local community units on the future development of Guandu through in-depth interviews, supplemented by the researcher's own actual participation experience, and then proposals and suggestions are put forward to serve as the leading research on promoting regional revitalization in the future.
